By buying a watch from us through this site or through other means, you understand and agree to following terms, conditions, payment and shipping statements:

General Terms and Conditions

• All defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures are considered as described.
• All watches for sale are checked and restored if needed (latter is always mentioned).
• All watches for sale are guaranteed authentic and in the condition as described.
• All watches for sale are by default neither waterproof nor water resistant, even if mentioned on the watch. All watches for sale are best kept well away from damp conditions. 
• No original packaging or paperwork is included with the watches, except where explicitly mentioned.
• All watches for sale on this site are sold upon personal contact by email (or through Instagram), but can be offered through other channels too. Offers are subject to prior sale, corrections, error or removal from ‘the market’ are possible at any time and without notice.
• All pictures of the watches for sale which are in our possession remain our copyright and we are allowed to keep and use them at our discretion, without limits, even if the watch is sold.
• The buyer agrees that the description and the pictures (not the purchase price) of the purchased watch(es) remain in the publicly available ‘Archive’ section of this site.
• All watches for sale can be seen and picked up locally in Zurich, Switzerland.

Payment and Shipping

• Payment can be made:
  • by paying cash on pick up in Zurich (Swiss Francs),
  • by bank transfer (Swiss Francs)
  • by Twint transfer (Swiss Francs)
  • by credit card through PayPal (Swiss Francs or US Dollars, add 3% to the purchase price to compensate for Paypal fees).
• Depending on the watch and after inquiry, we can accept instalments for up to 3 months (at 0% interest) with an immediate down payment of 33.3% of the total sale price. Failing to pay the full price in time (within 90 days) results in loss of the down payment and the watch(es) will be re-listed for sale.
• All watches remain our property until the watches are paid in full.
• The watches are shipped after reception of the full payment.

Shipping and Taxes

• International priority registered shipping is included in the sale price (please provide a phone number, it will only be shared with the postal service and then removed from all files).
• If wanted we can ship by courier (DHL Express) at cost (please provide a phone number, it will only be shared with carrier and then removed from all files).
• We pack carefully and all watches are tested prior to sending.
• We can not be made responsible for any lost or damaged watches during transit.
• Please inquire locally concerning any custom taxes (import duties) or other taxes (for example VAT) for your country. Latter costs are your responsibility and are not included in the sale price.
• Buyers resident in Switzerland don’t pay VAT, as we are not professional dealers.

The Fine Print

• The precision of all watches for sale is within acceptable parameters for our personal use at the time of shipping. However, the service history of the watches must be considered unknown and no mechanical guarantee can be given due to the unpredictability of the watch-movement-behaviour over time. We suggest to have the watches serviced at buyers expense and/or please refer to the individual service suggestions.
• If available, all model and serial numbers (movement and case) are disclosed in full to allow for complete traceability of the watch and avoid subsequent omission of modifications.
• All pictures and text on this site are our copyright (except where taken from elsewhere, these are then referenced). It is not allowed to use any of them/it without our permission, as we need to know purpose and context of their/its use. To get permission (for free of course) to use pictures and/or text, please contact us.
